Misc: Just dropping by…

I did originally have a far more complicated interactive design in mind for this little parachute piggy. I got close to making it work, but then time was running short and my brain gave up on me, so I decided to keep it simple this month.

How:

I printed out a couple of piggies on Neenah solar white and coloured them with Copic markers. I added some glossy accents to the goggles and some Wink of Stella to the parachutes.

The background is made up of three Distress-ink-blended layers: blue for the background sky and two green die-cut layers for the hillside and grass. The sentiment was built up using an alphabet set and stamped with Versafine ink. The other half of the sentiment “to say hi” was stamped on the inside of the card.

The background layers were taped flush to the card base and the piggies were popped up on foam tape.
