What:
It’s the start of October and the first day of the third 30-day colouring challenge run by the amazing Kathy Racoosin. Inspired by her Starbucks fall cup card, I created my own autumnal background for this cute little owl.
How:
I stamped a random selection of leaves in gold ink and clear heat-embossed them. I then coloured them using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers blended with a little water. Once the panel was dry I trimmed it to size and die cut the circle aperture.
The panel was mounted on a top-folding card base with a piece of patterned paper behind the circle.
The owl was coloured using Supracolor pencils, fussy cut out and then popped up in the circle using foam tape.
The hello was die cut three times, glued together and given a bit of sparkle with a layer of Wink of Stella covered with glossy accents.
