This pencil-coloured unicorn Mae had been sitting around for almost a year before finally being put on a card as part of my brief blitz on my PHD (projects half done) box.
I did some tone-on-tone stamping for the lines on the card base and stamped the sentiment over the top of them. The sparkly strip behind Mae is die cut from a leftover piece of glittery heat embossed card.
Supplies:
- stamps:
Clearly Besotted – basic stripes
Clearly Besotted – especially for you (sentiment) - digital stamps:
Some Odd Girl – unicorn Mae - dies:
Lawn Fawn – stitched hillside borders - inks:
Versafine – onyx black
Lawn Fawn – fish tank - colour:
Derwent Studio coloured pencils - paper and card:
Papermill Direct – plain – teal
Another catch-up post. This card was created on 2nd September 2016 as part of a brief blitz on my PHD box.
Oh what a cute card! That image is so cute! Love how you put it all together! 🙂

Trying to create layouts I like is the thing I find hardest about making cards – so it’s extra satisfying when one comes together like this one did!
