Another catch-up post; this card was originally made on February 4th as part of the Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge.
I am slowly working through my backlog of digi stamps and using them to experiment with different mediums. This is my first proper attempt at colouring with Stabilo markers.
How:
I wish prints from my inkjet printer were waterproof as well as being Copic-friendly; it would make colouring digi stamps with water-based mediums so much easier. With a great deal of care — and cultivating the ability to ignore the occasional smudge — I managed to colour the bunny and his gift with my new Stabilo markers and I am pretty happy with the results.
I wanted to keep it simple as he definitely deserves to be the star of the show, so I just stamped a small sentiment and layered the image panel on some patterned paper with a little sparkle of glitter strip down the edge.
The cute bunny was a freebie with a digital stamp order from Funky Kits last year and, unfortunately, I can’t find it online anywhere now.
