While I was thinking about the design for my next set of Christmas cards, I used the last of the cross stitch die cuts and stitched a traditional Christmas candle.
I enjoyed making the last cross stitch card and so I decided to take a break from all the cutting and gluing and stitch a snowman.
I fancied a bit of a change from making the block Christmas tree cards — though I do have a plan for one other set using that basic design — so I dug through my stash of dies and found my, as yet unused, little cross stitch die.
One of the problems with trying out a new craft is that you can seriously misjudge how long it will take you to create something. This card is the perfect example of that.
