OPA: small red robot

As usual I was tasked with the job of finding a little something that could be a Christmas present for my other half from my mum. Inspiration struck when I was looking through some of my favourite Etsy shops to try and find something for me and I came across this little robot. He’s only about 4½″ tall and I love that he has a story.

“He was a casualty in a kiln explosion (along with his brother ‘Rusty’) where he was hit by another one of our pieces and he came off the worst for it, losing a few limbs in the process. I thought he deserved a second chance at life, so he was reassembled with epoxy and then coloured using acrylic paints, finally being given a few coats of clear sealer.“
