rambling on

Christmas progress

I’ve been a bit quiet on the blog recently, partly because I couldn’t get my brain into the right gear for writing and partly because this year — same as every year — I swore I was going to get my Christmas cards made by the end of November. The huge difference this year being that

I ACTUALLY DID IT!

(Full disclosure: I might make another card for my mum, but I don’t need to and will only do it if I feel like it.)

This is how my desk looked with only ten more small stars left to glue onto cards.

Now I really do have to get my brain in blogging mode because I have to get them all written up before Christmas!

  1. They are all lovely. I have an order of 15 cards so I probably won’t have time to make cards for myself. But I plan to simplify the process by using watercolours and limiting the designs. Cheers!

  2. Great job! I, too, wanted my cards done before the end of November. I was a little late, but had them all in the mail by December 5! A first for me! However, I haven’t posted on my blog in over a month as I was concentrating on getting those cards done!
