In 2014 I started making handmade cards and keeping track of them on a private blog. In 2015 I made that blog public. At the end of 2015 I gave it a custom domain. By the end of 2022 there were more than 1000 posts on here.
Given the internet’s fascination with new and shiny, the vast majority of those will never be seen again — unless someone happens to hit upon the magic combination of search terms — and there are a lot of old cards and other artworks that deserve a chance of being seen.
And so I’ve built a series of galleries to give an overview of all the things I’ve made. The year links to a page with everything created in that year on it. If you’re only interested in cards or artworks then you can focus on the relevant gallery page. There is also a single page with all the “just colouring” pieces on it.
If that’s too many galleries to browse through, I have recently created three Pinterest boards:
- all of my handmade Christmas cards
- all of my not-Christmas cards
- everything else that isn’t a card
These can take a little time to load as there are currently more than 200 pins on the Christmas card board, and more than 400 pins on each of the others. All of the pins link back to the related blog post where there will be more pictures and some information about their creation.
