Just one Christmas card left to write up from 2024. (There are several birthday cards, but if I did everything in chronological order I would probably still be posting about Christmas cards in March!)
After making various cards inspired by old pieces of stash and some just inspired by my new snowflake dies, I sat down to make the last card of the year. For this one — for my mum — I went back to basics. A cute digi stamp of a mouse, my Copic markers, a little bit of coloured pencil, and some gel pen dots of snow to finish off.

Copic markers:
fur – E84, E33, E31, E30
paws, ears, nose, tail – E30, R00, E04
red coat – R59, R46, R27
trim – W3, W1, W00
holly leaves – G46, G07, YG09, YG05
holly berries – R59, R46, R35
holly stalk – E37, G46
snow – BV0000, B000, C0
shadows – C5, C3, C1
sky – B0000
Supplies:
- digital stamps:
Lili of the Valley – Christmouse holly - dies:
Create A Smile – double stitched rectangles - pens:
Uni-ball Signo UM-153 white - paper and card:
Neenah solar white 216gsm

This is so sweet. And I love knowing that there are 29 colors here, and not just 10. It’s somehow very satisfying to be able to appreciate how many layers go into a seemingly-simple thing. I think it must affirm my feelings about persistence and perseverance or something… 🤓 Hope your new year is kind and gentle!
