I’d been following Susan on Instagram for a while when I decided to treat myself to one of her paintings. I love the intensity and depth of colour in her palette, especially her landscapes, and the way she uses sgraffito to add touches of texture. She is also a very thoughtful person who, realising that I was not having the best of times, sent me a notebook as a gift with the order.
